The goal of this agenda item is to start a conversation regarding climate change, sea-level rise, and how the participating agencies will address the associated impacts. One potential goal of this conversation is the development of a policy to be considered by the OahuMPO Policy Board regarding how climate change is to be considered in the prioritization and programming process for Federal surface transportation funds.
