The Policy Board of OahuMPO is the official decision-making body for the multimodal continuing, cooperative, and comprehensive (3-C) planning process for the Oahu Transportation Management Area (TMA).

The Policy Board meets at 1:00 p.m. on the last Tuesday of the month via Zoom. For step-by-step instructions to join, please click here.

Members

The voting membership of this body consists of two State Senators; two State Representatives; three City Councilmembers; the HDOT Director; the DTS Director; the DPP Director, and the HART Director.

The non-voting members of the Policy Board include the Administrator of the Federal Highway Administration Hawaii Division Office, the Director of the State Department of Health, and the Director of the State Office of Planning.

The current Policy Board Chair is Councilmember, Radiant Cordero and the Vice Chair is the Representative, Darius K. Kila. The Policy Board membership is as follows:
