The Congestion Management Process compares the congestion of the existing road network and committed projects, and congestion, if the additional TIP projects are implemented.
The results indicate that if all the FFYs 2019-2022 TIP projects were implemented, there would be a 0.12% decrease in relative congestion, overall a small change.
