Development of Preliminary OahuMPO Vision, Mission, and Action Items
The findings documented in Technical Memorandum 1 also formed the basis of developing the draft Vision statement for OahuMPO. Along with the draft Vision, a draft mission statement, goals, and action items to support each goal were prepared and documented in Development of Preliminary OahuMPO Vision, Mission, and Action Items (March 10, 2014).
