A. Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) 2019-2022 – Dylan Armstrong
The next four-year TIP document must be approved in summer 2018. The current development process is segmented to allow for a wide planning discussion with our stakeholders. OahuMPO staff will present the status and required actions on developing the next four-year TIP document.
Requested Motion: Recommend the TIP Schedule and TIP Project Selection Criteria for Policy Board consideration.
B. FY2019 Overall Work Program: Call for Projects Announcement – Randolph Sykes
The Overall Work Program (OWP) does two main things: 1) it describes and programs planning studies (along with any defined objectives, tasks, and deliverables), and 2) describes and programs the budgetary and staffing requirements for OahuMPO. The OWP is developed annually.
OahuMPO is beginning OWP FY2019 development. At the October CAC meeting, members will suggest and vote on projects to be presented to the Policy Board.
C. Bikeshare Hawaii – Justine Espiritu
Bikeshare Hawaii will discuss bikeshare benefits and the long-term vision for Bikeshare Hawaii.

Take elevators inside Honolulu Hale to the 3rd floor. Automobile parking is available in the City & County of Honolulu parking lot at the Fasi Municipal Building (free after 4:00 p.m.); entrances are located on Beretania & Alapai Streets.
Parking will not be validated.

The City and County of Honolulu is using the OahuMPO TIP public involvement process, as outlined in the Federal Highway Administration/Federal Transit Administration metropolitan transportation planning regulations (23 CFR 450/49 CFR 613), to satisfy the public hearing requirements for the Federal Transit Administration’s Urbanized Area Formula Program (49 U.S.C. Section 5307) program-of-projects.
