- Oahu Regional Transportation Plan Permitted Interaction Group – Amy Ford-Wagner
The Oahu Regional Transportation Plan (ORTP) is a Federally required planning document that establishes a long-range vision for surface transportation on Oahu and identifies projects and programs to help achieve that vision. Projects in the ORTP become eligible for Federal funding assistance. The ORTP must be updated at least every five years.
Requested Motion: Establish Permitted Interaction Group to look at ORTP 2050.
- FY 2018 Overall Work Program - Amy Ford-Wagner
The Overall Work Program (OWP) is OahuMPO’s operating budget which identifies all planning studies, projects, and other work elements upon which staff will work in the coming fiscal year. A public review draft of the FY 2018 OWP will be presented.
Requested Motion: Establish Permitted Interaction Group to look at the 2018 OWP.

- CAC Self-Evaluation Analysis – Kiana Otsuka
A presentation of the results from the self-evaluation survey will be given to members of the CAC. Discussion will follow, regarding how to implement suggested changes. This discussion is a follow-up from April’s self-evaluation survey, including February’s self-evaluation exercise.
- Bylaws Permitted Interaction Group Presentation – Dick Poirier & Kiana Otsuka
A presentation on the Bylaws Permitted Interaction Group’s proposed revisions to the CAC Bylaws will be given.
