- Traffic Signal Prioritization Methodology Study – Department of Transportation Services
This study establishes an objective, empirical means for the installation prioritization of pedestrian/traffic signals. This system will refine the method currently in use. Refining the current method will increase public confidence and better withstand legal challenges that may arise.

- Transportation Improvement Program 2015-2017 Revision #15 – Dylan Armstrong
Dylan Armstrong of OahuMPO will present the amended projects to the Transportation Improvement Program that was distributed for public comment and intergovernmental review.
- Changing Central Oahu Transportation Study Permitted Interaction Group to a Non-Standing Committee
Discussion on changing the CAC Central Oahu Transportation Study (COTS) Permitted Interaction Group (PIG) to a “Non-Standing Committee” considering the on-going nature of the study. - CAC Self-Evaluation
Discussion of the role of the CAC, what member organizations hope to get out of the CAC, and how to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the CAC going forward.
