Oahu MPO

The TAC provides the technical input to OahuMPO’s planning process. The TAC provides technical advice to the Policy Board and the OahuMPO Executive Director on technical matters and insures the technical competence of the planning process.

Members

The voting membership of this body consists of two staff members from the State Department of Transportation; one staff member from the State Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism; one staff member from the State Office of Planning; two staff members from the City Department of Transportation
Services; two staff members from the City Department of Planning and
Permitting; and two staff members from the Honolulu Authority for Rapid
Transportation.

The non-voting members of the TAC include one representative from each of the following organizations: the Hawaii Transportation Association, the Federal Highway Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Federal Transit Administration, the City Department of Design and Construction, and the City Department of Facilities
Maintenance.

The current TAC Chair is Masatomo Murata and the Vice Chair is Wai Yi Ng. The general TAC membership is as follows:
