Technical Advisory Committee
The Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) provides technical expertise and advice to the Policy Board and OahuMPO Executive Director and staff. TAC members participate as representatives from their respective agencies, which include federal, state, and local governments.

Meetings
The TAC meets at 9:00 a.m. on the second Friday of the month via Microsoft Teams.

Membership
The voting members of the TAC include representatives from the State Department of Transportation, the State Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism, the State Office of Planning, the City Department of Transportation Services, the City Department of Planning and Permitting, and the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation.
The non-voting members includes a representative from the Hawaii Transportation Association, the Federal Highway Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Federal Transit Administration, the City Department of Design and Construction, and the City Department of Facilities Maintenance.
For calendar years 2024-2025, the TAC Chair is Ian Crittenden and the Vice Chair is Masatomo Murata.
