The OahuMPO planning process is guided by three committees:
PUBLIC TESTIMONY will be accepted on any OahuMPO public meeting agenda item. Testimony may be oral or written. Written testimony is strongly encouraged as the primary means of submitting testimony.
Oral testimony will be accepted at the meeting. Anyone wishing to testify orally is encouraged to please sign up in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also advise us at the meeting if you would like to testify orally. To accommodate all possible testifiers, oral testimony will be limited to 2 minutes. Please note that you may submit written testimony. See below.
To aid the Board in the distribution of written testimony to members, the Board requests that written testimony be submitted 24 hours in advance (for Monday meetings, please submit written testimony to the OahuMPO office by the prior Friday morning). Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Note: Any personal information (such as home addresses, home phone numbers, cell phone numbers, etc.) included on the written testimony will become public information.
Board packets are available for inspection in OahuMPO’s office.
To request language interpretation, an auxiliary aid or service (i.e., sign language interpreter, or materials in alternative format), contact OahuMPO at 587-2015 (voice only) six (6) days prior to the meeting date. TTY users may use TRS to contact our office. Please note that requests made less than the six (6) days requested cannot be assured.
