    FFYs 2015-2018 Transportation Improvement Program Revision #17 – Dylan Armstrong
    Planning Analyst, Dylan Armstrong will present the seventeenth revision to the FFYs 2015-2018 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).  The revision is an amendment to five existing Federal Highway Administration funded, State-sponsored projects, to one Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funded City project, and adds one new FTA-funded, State-sponsored project to the TIP.Requested Motion: Recommend the FFYs 2015-2018 Transportation Improvement Program Revision #17 for Policy Board consideration.The FFYs 2015-2018 TIP Revision #17 may be viewed at: https://www.oahumpo.org/FFYs_15-18_TIP_Revision_17B. Bylaws Permitted Interaction Group – Dick Poirier & Kiana Otsuka
    At last month’s meeting, members were presented with the proposed revisions to the CAC bylaws.  This agenda item follows up with the presentation to request a motion.

    Requested Motion: Recommend the proposed revisions to the CAC Bylaws for Policy Board approval.

    C. CAC Self-Evaluation Discussion – Kiana Otsuka
    At the previous meeting, CAC members were presented with the results of the self-evaluation surveys.  The results will be re-presented and implementation of recommended changes will be discussed.  This discussion is a follow-up from June’s results presentation, April’s self-evaluation survey, and February’s self-evaluation exercise.

Take elevators inside Honolulu Hale to the 3rd floor.  Automobile parking is available in the City & County of Honolulu parking lot at the Fasi Municipal Building (free after 4:00 p.m.); entrances are located on Beretania & Alapai Streets.
