2011-2014 TIP

The FFYs 2011-2014 TIP covers a period of four years (FFYs 2011-2014) and contains two additional years (FFYs 2015 and 2016) for information only. The TIP will be updated at least every four years, and revised as needed. The FFYs 2011-2014 TIP was approved by the OahuMPO Policy Committee on July 2, 2010 and the Governor's designee on July 2, 2010. Interactive Maps are available to view the location of each project with other information such as natural resources and conservation areas.

TIP NEWS

OahuMPO is soliciting comments on Draft Revision #11 to the FFYs 2011-2014 TIP. This revision identifies six projects that are added to the TIP. The Vanpool Program is deleted because federal funds are no longer available for the program. Also, the project description is revised for one project, and the cost estimate for another project is increased. Comments may be mailed, faxed, or emailed to OahuMPO no later than February 10, 2012.

The City and County of Honolulu is using the TIP public involvement process, as outlined in the Federal Highway Administration/Federal Transit Administration metropolitan transportation planning regulations (23 CFR 450/49 CFR 613), to satisfy the public hearing requirements for the Federal Transit Administration’s Urbanized Area Formula Program (49 USC Section 5307) program-of projects.
