1.            New Business

A.     Election of CAC Officers

a.       Nominations for Chair and Vice Chair will be accepted from the floor.

B.     AARP Comment on FFYs 2011-2014 Transportation Improvement Program

a.       Discuss comment distributed to the CAC following the June 16 meeting.

C.     FY 2012 Overall Work Program (OWP) Subcommittee Formation

a.       Sign-up sheet will be available for the CAC subcommittee to identify planning study suggestions for the FY 2012 OWP.

D.     Oahu Regional Transportation Plan 2035 (ORTP 2035) Regional Meetings

a.       Three regional meetings for the ORTP 2035 will be announced and CAC task forces for each meeting will be formed.

E.      CAC Improvements Working Group Formation and Session Sign-up

a.       Opportunities for participating in small working groups to address the CAC and policies, procedures, processes of the OahuMPO which deal with the CAC will be announced.  Sign-up sheets will be available.

F.      CAC Representative on the Policy Committee Investigative Committee

a.       A CAC Investigative Committee will be formed to consider CAC representation on the Policy Committee.  A sign-up sheet will be available.

 

2.      Approval of the May 19 and June 16, 2010 Meeting Minutes

·        A summary of the OahuMPO Policy Committee and Technical Advisory Committee meetings held since the July 21, 2010 CAC meeting will be given.

Take elevators inside Honolulu Hale to the 3rd floor.  Automobile parking is available in the City & County of Honolulu parking lot at the Fasi Municipal Building (free after 4:00 p.m.); entrances are located on Beretania & Alapai Streets. 

 Parking will not be validated.
