Request for Qualifications

OahuMPO is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms for professional transportation planning and engineering services for a Household Interview Travel Survey and Travel Forecasting Model Refresh project. The project involves collecting travel data for Oahu residents, visitors, and university students, and refreshing the current OahuMPO travel demand forecasting model so that it adequately reflects the travel behavior revealed in the survey.

Request for Qualifications

A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is available to all interested firms. The RFQ provides the specifications and instructions for submitting the SOQs and other required information. Interested firms must fully respond to and comply with the specifications and instructions contained in the RFQ. 

Statements of Qualifications

SOQs must be received by OahuMPO no later than 3:00 p.m., Hawaii Standard Time, on Wednesday, October 6, 2010. SOQs should be mailed or delivered to:

Questions

Questions concerning the RFQ must be submitted in writing, and received by OahuMPO no later than 3:00 p.m., Hawaii Standard Time, on Wednesday, September 15, 2010. All responses and all timely questions received concerning this RFQ will be posted on this webpage no later than Wednesday, September 22, 2010.
